As the coronavirus continues to have a global impact, we have been adjusting our work processes daily and sometimes hourly to meet the needs of our co-workers and their families, our customers, our providers and our insurance industry partners.
Effective immediately, the majority of our staff will be working remotely to continue to service the needs of our clients. We will have coverage to process mail, pay claims and answer the phones. We also have a live chat feature on our website.
We have made it clear that we remain fully committed to the health and safety of our employees and their families. This is why we have implemented our business continuity plan and have begun to service our customers remotely.
We realize the policies and third-party services we administer are important to each and every one of you; therefore, our efforts to remain viable and open for business through these troubling times is imperative.

Throughout the years, friends, relatives, business relationships would ask me, “Jim, how is business?” My response has been the same since the day we opened the doors at J.J.
